• Provides for even baking and nice brown finish (no coffee can lines!)

Use

• Oven safe to 240°C (464°F); maximum recommended peak temperature is 260°C (500°F)
• Before first use, hand wash bakeware in warm water with mild dishwashing soap and dry immediately
• Avoid Scratching the inner surface (with the coating) with sharp tools
• Remove baked items while they are hot/warm

Care

• Before first use, wash and dry thoroughly
• Hand wash with warm water and a mild dish detergent
• Wash with a soft sponge or dish towel; do not use an abrasive brush
• Hand dry immediately
• Do NOT place pans in the dishwasher as the chemicals and water pressure could degrade the coating
• Avoid using abrasive cleaning products and scouring pads
• Do not use chemicals to clean the pans
• Store pans upside down in a controlled environment.
